The client satisfaction has become the first priority for many a companys especially the good ones and in my particular opinion a truthful act by a company to even satisfy their customers after the sale has been made is something that increases the goodwill and not the one that makes it all go down. Recently all the news from big companies alike of Toyota as well as Abbott Laboratories was recall based. Though it seemed at first as if their product was not at all safe enough but then there is another school of thought that disagrees. According to them, it is a really fantastic act by a company that big to go for such a recall in which they might have to spend billions just to reduce the impact of any risk faced by their customers.
All that said, the news of BMW recall is just in and with this news comes yet again another one of the controversies. BMW is the most respected car maker within the entire of the world and is actually seen as the savior of the luxury era of cars, why then this news about the BMW recall initiated in the first place.

According to what the administration of the BMW has told apart about the BMW recall, the car is perfectly safe in all regards but the only reason that some particular models of their cars are being recalled is because of their pressure brake. As per to the company, there was some sort of an error in the pressure brake that could make it less effective over the years
