Sleep in light at night linked to obesity
Is the sleep in light at night linked to obesity? For us the answer seems to not link to our brain system but for the students on the same research project within the Ohio state University, the sleep in light at night linked to obesity has been the finding of their very lifetimes.
The students studied many a mice in a dim light to which they were exposed up to and sooner they found out that the very mice who were sleeping in the dark gained little or no weight whereas the mice who were exposed to even the slightest of the light, gained much more weight. The logic behindhand of the sleep in light at night linked to obesity, as per to them seems to be that the ones who did not get a fresh sleep ( the one in the total dark) were munching most of the time and are far more lazy then the ones whom have taken a good night sleep.
Well, what does that indicate for the humans? Simply the fact that the humans have to invest in some really good blind curtains and turn off every possible light that they could even their TV and computer screens should be shut down if they want to have a good nights sleep as well as not gain fat. The new research on the subject is gaining popularity amongst the masses and further work is still under progress for the subject matter that has been indicated above.
